Keep an experience journal at least initially: how much you are taking , method of delivery, frequency/ date & time of dosing, and perceived effects. Usually recommended frequency is 2x day. (Morning/night) …that said I started with 1x/day in morning for a week then moved to 2x/day. This not a prescription for you!!! It was my process.
